Weisman named VP leasing at Caruso
After 12 years directing retail leasing and development at J.S. Rosenfield, Josh Weisman has moved into a similar role at Caruso as VP of leasing.
At J.S. Rosenfield he was responsible for procurement of new tenants, lease negotiations, acquisition and asset management for the company’s retail portfolio, which includes Brentwood Country Market, Montecito Country Mart, and Marin Country Mart.
At Caruso, he will be responsible for leasing, merchandising, and tenant curation at the acclaimed Los Angeles-based developer’s retail and hospitality properties such as The Grove, Palisades Village, and The Americana at Brand.
“With his experience growing some of the most recognizable retail destinations in California, we are confident that Josh will play a central role in strengthening our strategic approach to crafting captivating places for people to live, work, shop, eat and enjoy life,” said Julie Jauregui, who was recently promoted to senior VP of retail operations and leasing at Caruso.
