Victoria’s Secret opens new Nevada store

Dunbar Commercial, a Henderson, Nevada-based commercial real estate brokerage firm, has secured a 10-year lease on behalf of Victoria’s Secret. Dunbar Commercial principal Bill Dunbar made the announcement.



The 7,852-sq.-ft. Victoria’s Secret opened Oct. 23 at The District at Green Valley Ranch in Henderson. Dunbar Commercial represented both the tenant and landlord in the transaction.



“Victoria’s Secret is a prominent national brand with a large customer base that will be a significant addition to an already dynamic tenant mix,” said Dunbar. “This property is a destination spot to enjoy a quality shopping experience, and we are confident Victoria’s Secret will thrive in this convenient, visible location with notable surrounding tenants.”
