Vestar promotes Jenny Cushing to VP of leasing

Phoenix -- Vestar announced it has promoted Jenny Cushing to VP of leasing. Based in firm's Phoenix headquarters, Cushing is responsible for the leasing efforts of assets throughout California, Arizona & Nevada.

With more than 18 years of experience in the industry, Cushing previously served as assistant VP of leasing for Vestar. Prior to joining Vestar Cushing was the VP of leasing for American Realty Capital Properties/Cole Real Estate Investments. During her tenure, she was responsible for supervising in-house policies and a network of national brokers and attorneys. She managed a portfolio of 50 shopping centers totaling 10 million sq. ft. and successfully negotiated 2 million sq. ft. of retail transactions with a value of over $200 million.
