Vestar Plans a refresh for California center

9/28/2016

Pacific Commons, located in the famed Gold Rush town of Fremont, California, will be getting a refresh, said owner Vestar.

The 1.2 million-sq.-ft. lifestyle and power center will be refurbished with new indoor-outdoor dining areas, trellis-enhanced landscaping, stone and wood seat walls, a fountain, and a gathering area with fire pits.

“Pacific Commons is a popular community gathering place,” said Heath McCue, director of marketing for Vestar. “We are excited to give our greater community an updated shopping experience.”

Tenants at Pacific Commons include Target, Lowe’s, Kohl’s, Nordstrom Rack, Old Navy, T.J. Maxx, Men’s Wearhouse, and Century Theatres.
