Value Village joins Western Plaza as co-anchor

Fenton, Mo. Weingarten Realty announced that thrift retailer Value Village leased 22,000 sq. ft. of space in Western Plaza. The 57,000-sq.-ft. shopping center sits at the heart of a growing retail destination just southwest of downtown Fenton, a suburb of St. Louis.

Western Plaza features a tenant line-up that includes Fenton Appliances, O’Reilly and Azteca Mexican Restaurant.
