Urban Outfitters to open its third Dallas/Ft. Worth area store

Dallas UCR Urban recently represented The Shops at Legacy in securing Urban Outfitters for a 9,550-sq.-ft. space in the center, a mixed-use shopping center development located at the Dallas North Tollway and Legacy Drive in Plano, Texas.

The lease represents Urban Outfitters’ third location in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. The store is scheduled to open this fall.
