Urban Outfitters to open 45 stores in 2010

New York City Urban Outfitters plans to open 45 stores and spend $25 million on renovating and expanding its headquarters in Philadelphia in fiscal 2011, the company said in a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Thursday.

"We believe this expansion will help support our growth for the near term," the company said in the filing.
