Upscale restaurant gives East Side the nod

New York City Ristorante DeGrezia has secured a new location on New York City’s Third Ave. (at East 50th Street), a move from across the street.

According to leasing team Faith Hope Consolo and Joseph Aquino of Prudential Douglas Elliman, the new space consists of two levels comprising 1,700 sq. ft. at ground level, including 30 ft. of frontage, plus 500 sq. ft. on the concourse level.

“Ristorante DeGrezia is an institution in this neighborhood,” said Consolo. Neighboring retailers include Bebe, Cache and Smith & Wollensky.
