Ulta to open at Richland Marketplace

Quakertown, Pa. Metro Commercial Real Estate said it has negotiated a new 10,100-sq.-ft. lease with beauty retailer Ulta at Richland Marketplace in Quakertown, Pa.

Richland Marketplace is a 415,000-sq.-ft. power center owned by RB Quakertown, LP and tenanted by Target, BJ’s Wholesale Club, Best Buy, PetSmart, Aldi and Five Below.

In addition, Staples is under construction and scheduled to open in late 2010/early 2011.
