ULI names chief executive

Washington, D.C. The Urban Land Institute said Monday that it has appointed Patrick L. Phillips as the new CEO for the organization, effective Sept. 14.

Phillips is president and CEO of ERA AECOM, formerly Economics Research Associates.

Phillips is taking over the position being vacated by current ULI CEO Richard M. Rosan, who has led the Institute’s staff for more than 17 years.
