Tugooh Toys to make NYC debut

New York City Robert K. Futterman & Associates said Tuesday it has secured Tugooh Toys for the last remaining retail space at the base of The Harrison, a luxury residential condominium developed by Related Cos., designed by Robert A.M. Stern and located between 76th Streets and 77th Streets in Manhattan.

This 3,012-sq.-ft. lease, including 2,032 sq. ft. on the ground floor and 908 sq. ft. in the basement, marks the completion of RKF’s leasing assignment at 350 Amsterdam Ave. The store will be the Washington, D.C.-area retailer’s first location in Manhattan and is set to open by early 2011.
