Tuesday Morning opens five Chicago-area stores
Chicago -- Transwestern’s Chicago Retail Advisory Services team said Wednesday it represented Tuesday Morning in five transactions across the Chicagoland area totaling 95,416 sq. ft.
The retailer signed leases for the following new store locations: a 20,000-sq.-ft. store at Village Crossing, in Niles, Ill., opened in early 2011; an 8,474-sq.-ft. store at Grand Hunt Center, in Gurnee, Ill., which opened in April 2011; a 26,964-sq.-ft. relocation to Lake View Plaza, in Orland Park, Ill., which opened in May 2011; a 24,931-sq.-ft. store at Northpoint Center, in Arlington Heights, Ill., slated to open this summer; and a 15,407-sq.-ft. relocated store at Chestnut Court, in Darien, Ill., scheduled to open this summer.
“With three new stores and two relocations in Illinois, Tuesday Morning continues to expand, as well as strategically look for ways to improve the positioning of existing stores by taking advantage of current market conditions,” says Patrick Owens, senior VP of Transwestern’s Retail Advisory Services group.
