True Food Kitchen to debut in California

Newport Beach, Calif. True Food Kitchen, developed by Fox Restaurant Concepts and healthy living author Dr. Andrew Weil, will open at Fashion Island in Newport Beach, Calif., on Aug. 2.

True Food Kitchen specializes in locally sourced ingredients. The decor is warm, inviting, open and green. The eco-friendly materials include Caesar stone quartz countertops, low voltage LED lighting, and low volatile organic compound (VOC) paint.
