Tri-Land announces six new tenants at Indiana and Kansas City centers

Westchester, Ill. -- Tri-Land Properties announced that Dr. Holly Xu, Fashionista Exchange, Jimmy John’s, Lee Lee Nails, Party Time Liquor and Pride Cleaners have joined the company’s projects throughout Indiana and Kansas City.



Lee Lee Nails will open a 1,200-sq.-ft. salon at Century Plaza, a 300,592-sq.-ft. community center in Merrillville, Ind.



Dr. Holly Xu will open a 976-sq.-ft. dentist office, Fashionista Exchange will open a 1,270-sq.-ft. women’s resale boutique, and Pride Cleaners will open a 1,202-sq.-ft. location at Cherokee South Plaza, in Overland Park, Kan.



At Devonshire Village, a 50,000-sq.-ft. center in Olathe, Kan., Party Time Liquor will open a 2,313-sq.-ft. liquor and beverage store. At 10 Quivira Plaza, an 180,000-sq.-ft. shopping center in Shawnee, Kan., Jimmy John’s will open a 1,830-sq.-ft. gourmet sandwich restaurant.
