Trader Joe’s rumored to be opening a Sixth Avenue location

New York City Trader Joe’s has reportedly executed a lease for retail space at the Mattel Building at 675 Sixth Avenue, a site formerly occupied by Barnes & Noble.

According to a report by the New York Observer, unconfirmed by Trader Joe’s, the 41,000-sq.-ft. Sixth Avenue store would bring the number of Manhattan locations to five.
