Trademark buys mall-shadowed center in Fort Worth

1/17/2018
A joint venture of Trademark Property Company and Alto Real Estate Funds has acquired an 86,943-sq.-ft. shopping center in Fort Worth.

Built in 2005, the open-air center at 5000 South Hulen is located adjacent to Hulen Mall, which attracts an average daily traffic count of 42,200, according to Trademark.

“It’s an ideal fit within our acquisition strategy,” said Trademark executive Tommy Miller. “It is a best-in-class property, with a strong tenant mix, located within one of the most established and recognized retail nodes in Fort Worth.”

The center is 95% occupied by tenants including Barnes & Noble, Old Navy, Potbelly Sandwich, Jamba Juice, Sprint, and Ideal Image.
