Tractor Supply to open in Valmont Plaza

Hazelton, Pa. Westport, Conn.-based Charter Realty & Development Corp. announced it has leased 24,000 sq. ft. to Tractor Supply Co. in Valmont Plaza in Hazleton, Pa.

This is the seventh deal Charter has completed with the retail farm and ranch store chain, which operates more than 800 retail stores in over 40 states.

Tractor Supply will kick off a renovation of Valmont Plaza. The 199,564-sq.-ft. center, which will be renovated late this year, is also anchored by Big Lots.

The new Tractor Supply is slated to open in April.
