Top Dollar & Party Store to open at Palm Valley Marketplace

Goodyear, Ariz. Jacksonville, Fla.-based Regency Centers said that Top Dollar & Party Store has leased 8,020 sq. ft. of retail space at Palm Valley Marketplace in Goodyear, Ariz., bringing the center to 95% leased.

The new store is slated to open in October. 

The 107,633-sq.-ft. shopping center is anchored by Safeway alongside national retailers Wells Fargo, Great Clips, GNC and The UPS Store.
