Three service businesses to open in northern Illinois

Oak Brook, Ill. Inland Real Estate Brokerage announced that it negotiated three leases, totaling 6,550 sq. ft., for new and expanding businesses in the towns of Algonquin, Highwood and Zion, Ill.

The leases include an 1,800-sq.-ft. lease for a McHenry County chiropractor who is expanding his practice by opening a second office, which will be located in Algonquin at Prestwicke Plaza; a 1,000-sq.-ft. lease for a Pilates studio in Highwood; and a 3,750-sq.-ft. lease with Martha’s Day Care, which currently has one facility in Waukegan, Ill., and is opening a second in Zion.
