Three new tenants to open in Tri-Land shopping centers in Kansas City

Kansas City, Mo. Westchester, Ill.-based Tri-Land Properties said Tuesday that Bon Bon Frozen Yogurt, Modern Nails and Big Biscuit have joined the company’s projects throughout the Kansas City market.

Bon Bon Frozen Yogurt is opening a 1,689-sq.-ft. store at the recently redeveloped Cherokee South Plaza. The redeveloped plaza now also includes three new buildings, outdoor patios, tree-lined walkways, sidewalk plants, and public spaces for neighborhood use.

Modern Nails is joining Brywood Centre with a 1,978-sq.-ft. salon. The current redevelopment of Brywood Centre is set for completion in spring 2011.

Big Biscuit will join 10 Quivira Plaza with a 4,500-sq.-ft. restaurant.
