Three new tenants to open at Liberty Center

Erie, Pa. North Plainfield, N.J.-based Levin Management Corp. said that three new tenants have signed leases totaling 7,290 sq. ft. at Liberty Center, in Erie, Pa.

The 227,000-sq.-ft. retail property is anchored by Tops Markets and Peebles department store.

Tightwad Tobacco, a roll-your-own tobacco store that sells loose-leaf tobacco and specialty cigars, has leased 3,500 sq. ft. Book retailer Werner Books has signed a lease for 2,500 sq. ft., and  Zoom Wireless has taken 1,290 sq. ft. and is already open for business.
