Three new retailers will open at Shadow Lake Towne Center

Papillion, Neb. Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers, The Children’s Place and Aspen Athletic Clubs all said Thursday they will open stores at Shadow Lake Towne Center, an 880,000-sq.-ft. regional lifestyle center in Papillion, Neb., near Omaha.

The Children’s Place plans to open fall 2010 in nearly 4,000 sq. ft. Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers will open a 2,900-sq.-ft. stand-alone restaurant in early 2011. Aspen Athletic Clubs will open a 25,000-sq.-ft. fitness facility in early 2011.

These new merchants join the recently opened rue21 and Subway at Shadow Lake Towne Center, which is home to more than 60 shops, restaurants and services including J.C. Penney, Gordmans, Best Buy, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Nebraska Brewing Co. and Sephora.
