Texas Western Warehouse leases space at two Texas centers

Frisco, Texas Jacksonville, Fla.-based Regency Centers said it has leased retail space to Texas Western Warehouse at Main Street Center in Frisco, Texas, and Shiloh Springs in Garland, Texas.

Specializing in Western wear, Texas Western Warehouse has leased 1,023 sq. ft. of retail space at Main Street Center, and is slated to open for business in November.

The retailer also leased 1,600 sq. ft. at Shiloh Springs in Garland, and is slated to open in January 2010.

Main Street Center is a 105,076-sq.-ft. shopping center anchored by Albertsons. Shiloh Springs is a 110,040-sq.-ft. center anchored by Kroger.
