Tallahassee center sells for $15.9 million
A noted full-service real estate services company in Florida has added Killearn Shopping Center in Tallahassee to its expanding portfolio.
CREC paid $15.9 million for the fully occupied center located in an area of country clubs and gated communities not far from the campus of Florida State University.
“The property presented an exceptional opportunity to acquire a highly stable internet resilient retail property located at a primary retail node within Tallahassee, anchored by Hobby Lobby,” added CREC senior VP Andrew Remick.
Killearn draws traffic with a restaurant lineup that includes Bonefish Grill, Five Guys, Moe’s Southwest Grill, Hungry Howie’s, and Firehouse Subs.
