Swim U to open at Plantation Point

Dallas -- Cypress Equities announced that Swim U has signed a lease to occupy 4,592 sq. ft. at Plantation Point Shopping Center, located in Raleigh, N.C.



Swim U is a year-round indoor swim school for kids.

Plantation Point Shopping Center is a 400,000-sq.-ft. power center developed and managed by a Cypress Equities company and features Big Lots!, BJ’s Wholesale Club, Petco, Marshalls, Mattress Warehouse, Family Christian Bookstores, Dollar Tree, Dots, Avenue, On the Border Mexican Grill & Cantina, Mimi’s Café, Life Time Fitness and more.
