Sushi Awaji inks lease at Preston Park Village

Plano, Texas Jacksonville, Fla.-based Regency Centers said Monday it has leased space to Sushi Awaji in Preston Park Village shopping center, in Plano, Texas.

The sushi and Korean barbeque restaurant leased 2,695 sq. ft. and is slated to open in December.

The 268,391-sq.-ft. Preston Park Village is anchored by a Tom Thumb supermarket along with Chico’s, Williams-Sonoma, James Avery, Ann Taylor, Gap and Panera Bread.
