Strategic Retail Advisors selected as broker for Orange County property

Newport Beach, Calif. -- X Team International announced that partner Strategic Retail Advisors has been selected as a broker for the 81,658 sq. ft. of development surrounding a premium outlet center made up of shops and pads fronting Avenida Vista Hermosa in San Clemente, California.



SRA is the broker for the 13 pad sites that surround the outlet center, which includes two retail shop buildings, eight restaurant pads, a financial pad and office/service pad. The 70-acre Outlets at San Clemente is located off of the I-5 Freeway and spans from Avenida Vista Hermosa to Avenida Pico. Outlets at San Clemente is the first premium outlet center in Orange County.



“We plan to deliver a mix of luxury tenants, that include high-end retail shops and dinner houses that will cater towards the affluent population of the Southern California region to complement the outlet stores,” said Jim Clarkson, partner, Strategic Retail Advisors.



Some of the retailers that anchor the premium outlet center include Calvin Klein, H&M, Nike and Under Armor. Other tenants include Panera Bread, Tommy Hilfiger, New Balance and Columbia Sportswear.
