SRS Real Estate Partners posts July transactions

Dallas — During July, SRS Real Estate Partners executed a host of transactions in major cities across the country:



In Atlanta, LifeWay Christian Stores has signed leases for two locations in Athens and Valdosta, Ga. The locations include a 4,696-sq.-ft. space at Epps Bridge Centre currently approaching completion in Athens and a 6,656-sq.-ft. freestanding space in Valdosta. SRS represented the tenant in both transactions. The Bishop Company represented the landlord at Epps Bridge Centre, and First Commercial Real Estate represented the landlord for the Valdosta property.



In New York, SRS negotiated three transactions on behalf of the landlord, Win Properties on Main Street in downtown Westport, Conn.



The new leases include a 1,350-sq.-ft. space taken by Freshii, a casual fast food concept. Cushman & Wakefield represented Freshii.



Represented by Bennett Bark of Open Realty Advisors, L’Occitane en Provence, a beauty and fragrance company took 909-sq. ft.



Diptyque Paris, a French perfumer, leased 677 sq. ft. The Dartmouth Company represented the boutique.



To the southwest in Phoenix, NextCare renewed its lease for a 4,083-sq.-ft. space in Tucson at Pima Street and Wilmot Road. SRS represented the tenant. Whirlygig Properties represented the landlord.



Also in Phoenix, Nellis Land LLC has sold the land and improvements at 2526 North 75th Avenue. The 2,971-sq.-ft. former Fazoli’s restaurant building in located across from Desert Sky Mall. SRS represented Nellis Land.



Not far from Phoenix, in Scottsdale, Ariz., C&H development has leased a 5,000-sq.-ft space at Scottsdale Commons to Sleep America. SRS represented the landlord. Colliers International represented Sleep America.



In Gilbert, Ariz., Kneaders Bakery & Café, a 3,669-sq.-ft triple net, single-tenant restaurant has sold to Noor Development. SRS and Coldwell Banker Utah represented the seller, FFG-AZ Development. Evergreen Commercial represented Noor.



Up in Portland, Cypress Equities has hired SRS to assist with the leasing of Lloyd Center, a 1,478,000-sq.-ft. enclosed, three-level shopping mall.



In Emeryville near San Francisco, Barnes & Noble has renewed its lease with Madison Marquette for a 30,012-sq.-ft. store in the Bay Street shopping district. SRS represented Barnes & Noble.
