SRS Real Estate Partners hires senior VP to Houston Office

Houston -- SRS Real Estate Partners welcomes Jonathan Hicks as SVP and co-market leader in the Houston office. Hicks will lead the Houston office alongside team member, Cody Persyn.

Hicks joins SRS from EDGE Realty Partners where he represented national, regional, and local tenants in assessing, planning, and executing their market development strategy in Houston. With more than a decade of experience in commercial real estate, he specializes in tenant representation and land sales. Hicks successfully designed and executed Dunkin' Donuts entry into the Houston market. He has also worked with other clients such as Tuesday Morning, Firehouse Subs, Cash America and Public Storage. Prior to his time with EDGE, Hicks was a broker with Davis Commercial and a real estate consultant with Deloitte.
