Sprouts to debut Northern California store

Phoenix Sprouts Farmers Market said Tuesday it will expand into Northern California with a store in Sunnyvale, Calif., that's scheduled to open in early June.

It is the only Sprouts slated for Northern California at this time, according to a report by Supermarket News. 

The 32,400-sq.-ft. store will be located in a former Circuit City location.

Sprouts operates 42 stores in Arizona; Texas; Southern California and Colorado.
