Spinx Co. acquires 10 stores
Greenville, S.C. The Spinx Co. said Tuesday that it has acquired 10 convenience stores from Enmark Stations.
The stores are located in Greenville; Anderson; Williamston; Belton; Greenwood; Fountain Inn; Newberry; Lexington; and Moncks Corner -- all in South Carolina. The company said it plans to rebrand these stores to the Spinx brand within the next three months. All 10 stores will remain open through the transition process.
With this acquisition, The Spinx Co. now owns and operates 74 convenience retail stores in North Carolina and South Carolina, including 24 foodservice locations and 33 car washes.
