Sonic opens at Levittown Town Center

Tarrytown, N.Y. DLC Management Corp. announced Thursday that Sonic has opened at Levittown Town Center in Levittown, Pa.

The 468,675-sq.-ft. retail development is also home to Home Depot, Wachovia and Taco Bell. Walmart is slated to open this summer, as are Ross Dress for Less, Advance Auto Parts, Famous Footwear, Dollar Tree, Deb Shops, GameStop, Sally Beauty and CiCi’s Pizza.

“This is our first deal with Sonic throughout our portfolio and we look forward to working more with them in the near future,” said Evan Podob, DLC’s senior leasing representative who handles leasing at Levittown.

The Levittown Town Center development will be completed this summer.
