Solid Impact Golf to open at Encina Grande

Walnut Creek, Calif. Jacksonville, Fla.-based Regency Centers said it has leased retail space in Walnut Creek, Calif., at Encina Grande to Solid Impact Golf, a membership-based golf swing training school.

Solid Impact Golf has leased 2,568 sq. ft. and is slated to open for business this summer.

The 102,413-sq.-ft. shopping center is anchored by Safeway alongside Supercuts, Walgreens and Applebee’s.
