Sola Salon to open at Southlands

Aurora, Colo. Denver-based The Laramie Co. said Thursday that Sola Salon Studios has leased 5,400 sq. ft. at Southlands, an outdoor shopping center in Aurora, Colo.

This will be Sola Salon Studios’ ninth Denver-area location.

The largest retail center in metro Denver, Southlands is a 1.7-million-sq. ft. outdoor center with a four-block Main Street and community plaza surrounded by additional retailers and restaurants.

Major tenants include Kerasotes Southlands Stadium 16 Theater; Barnes & Noble; Banana Republic; Chico's; Coldwater Creek; Gap, Fuzziwig's Candy Factory; McCabe's Irish Bistro & Pub; Sports Authority; and Ted's Montana Grill.

Forest City Commercial Management is asset manager for the center.
