Sleepy’s to open at Hamilton Plaza

Hamilton Twp., N.J. -- North Plainfield, N.J.-based Levin Management Corp. said that mattress retailer Sleepy’s has joined the tenant roster at Hamilton Plaza in Hamilton Twp., marking continued progress at the 175,425-sq.-ft. shopping center.



Levin Management, which serves as the property’s leasing and managing agent, credits a multi-million-dollar renovation, completed less than one year ago, for enhancing its appeal and occupancy.



The renovation included significant common area upgrades, and the addition of two pad sites and a 10,000-sq.-ft. end cap. It coincided with a store renovation and expansion by long-time anchor tenant ShopRite, which now occupies 80,625 sq. ft. A.C. Moore, another long-time anchor, renovated its 20,400-square-foot store as well.



Sleepy’s leased 7,473 sq. ft. at Hamilton Plaza. It will join other tenants such as Dollar Tree, Hallmark, Fashion Bug, Vito’s Pizza and Hair Cuttery.
