Six new tenants to open at Pembroke Mall in 2013

Virginia Beach, Va. -- Divaris Real Estate announced Wednesday that six new stores totaling 57,434 sq. ft. will open at the company’s Pembroke Mall property, located in Virginia Beach, Va.



Off Broadway Shoes has completed a lease for 20,670 sq. ft., consolidating two Virginia Beach stores into this one. Old Navy will occupy 15,740 sq. ft. of newly built space in the new “Signature Shops” redevelopment of the mall’s former food court area. Bahama Breeze signed a lease for 8,000 sq. ft. of restaurant space, the chain’s first in the Commonwealth of Virginia.



The Coastal Edge completed a lease for 5,000 sq. ft., representing a relocation and expansion of the retailer’s current location in the mall. The Children’s Place will open a 3,204-sq.-ft. store this year, and Charlotte Russe will occupy 4,820 sq. ft. adjacent to Old Navy and Coastal Edge.



Pembroke Mall is anchored by a newly opened Target, Sears, Kohl’s and Stein Mart.
