Simply Modern Bridal relocates Fredericksburg, Va., shop

Fredericksburg, Va. — Simply Modern Bridal has signed a 5,000-sq.-ft. lease for retail space near Jimmy John’s Gourmet Sandwiches in the Central Park power center in Fredericksburg, Va. The new store is slated to open in December.



Keller Williams represented Simply Modern Bridal in the transaction, and Rappaport Retail Brokerage represented the landlord.



The 2.5-million-sq.-ft. Central Park features more than 200 retailers and restaurants, including Old Navy, Target, Lowe’s, Kohl’s and Best Buy. The Rappaport Companies manages the center.
