Simon is planning a digital concierge network

Indianapolis, Ind. — Simon Property Group has begun a collaboration with elevate DIGITAL, a developer of interactive digital technology, to install digital concierge solutions in a number of Simon’s U.S. retail shopping centers.



The interactive digital displays will provide virtual way-finding to help shoppers navigate the mall and find deals, events and promotions, while acquiring relevant information on mobile devices. Shoppers can engage with the digital concierge app to sign up for news and updates, take and share photos, interact with advertising, download mobile apps, RSVP for events and much more.



The elevate DIGITAL concierge is now live at Simon's Arundel Mills in Hanover, Md. Simon plans to implement this technology in 30 U.S. markets by the end of 2014.
