Shoppes at Chino Hills acquired

Chino Hills, Calif. The Shoppes at Chino Hills, a 380,000-sq.-ft. open-air lifestyle center in Chino Hills, Calif., has been acquired by Chino Hills Mall LLC, according to Tim Sotoodeh, managing director.

The center, which was completed in May 2008 at a cost of more than $130 million, was designed by Altoon + Porter, and features more than 60 tenants, including the first H&M in San Bernardino County, Banana Republic, Victoria’s Secret, Trader Joe’s, P.F. Chang’s China Bistro, Chipotle Mexican Grill, California Pizza Kitchen, Yard House Bar & Grill, Brighton Collectibles, Barnes & Noble Booksellers, RA Sushi and Bath & Body Works.

The acquisition provides new capital to the project. The Shoppes at Chino Hills is professionally managed by PM Realty Group, and is leased by CB Richard Ellis.
