Sherwin-Williams inks Pine Lake Village deal

Seattle Jacksonville, Fla.-based Regency Centers said Thursday it has leased retail space in Seattle at Pine Lake Village to Sherwin-Williams.

The retailer leased 3,700 sq. ft. and is slated to open in November.

The 102,899-sq.-ft. Pine Lake Village is anchored by Quality Food Centers and Rite Aid, along with national retailers including Sylvan Learning Center, Subway and Edward Jones.
