Sheetz opens third store in Greensboro, N.C.

Altoona, Pa. Sheetz said Thursday it has opened a new store in Greensboro, N.C., the retailer’s third in the market.

The 5,000-sq.-ft. facility, which opened Thursday morning, features a full line of fresh foods and a full-service coffee and espresso bar.

The family-owned and operated convenience store chain generated more than $4.9 billion in revenue for 2008. It operates more than 350 convenience locations throughout Pennsylvania; West Virginia; Maryland; Virginia; Ohio and North Carolina.
