The Sembler Co. secures new leases

St. Petersburg, Fla. The Sembler Co. said Friday it has signed over 24,000 sq. ft. of retail during the month of October, including The UPS Store and Washington Mutual at Edgewood Retail District in Atlanta, Golden Wok Restaurant and Pinocchio Pizza at Alderman Plaza in Palm Harbor, Fla., and Bayside Liquor at Publix at Bayside Lakes in Palm Bay, Fla.
