Sembler announces December lease transactions

St. Petersburg, Fla. The Sembler Co. announced a lineup of lease transactions, totaling 32,000 sq. ft., signed during the month of December.

Among the leases signed were Five Guys Burgers & Fries, which will open 2,500 sq. ft. at Perimeter Place in Atlanta; The UPS Store, which will open 1,075 sq. ft. at Alderman Plaza in St. Petersburg, Fla.; Fox’s Pizza Den, which will open 2,325 sq. ft. at Cumming Town Center in Cumming, Ga.; and Family Christian Store, which will open 5,000 sq. ft. at Canton Marketplace in Canton, Ga.
