Sembler announces April lease transactions

St. Petersburg, Fla. The Sembler Co. said it signed nearly 17,000 sq. ft. of retail during the month of April.

Transactions included 2,000 sq. ft. to Massage Envy at Winter Garden Village in Winter Garden, Fla.; 4,650 sq. ft. to All in One Gifts at University Plaza Tampa in Tampa, Fla.; and 1,400 sq. ft. to GameStop at Edgewood Retail District in Atlanta.
