Sears Outlet to open 100th store

Hoffman Estates, Ill. Sears Outlet, a division of Sears Holdings Corp., said Thursday it will open its 100th outlet store. The newest store, a 37,000-sq.-ft. space in Schaumburg, Ill., is in a former Great Indoors location and will celebrate its grand opening on Aug. 14.

The company said that Sears Outlet will also be opening additional locations in Concord, N.C., and Norfolk, Va., in 2010.
