Schostak Brothers & Company hire acquisitions manager

Livonia, Mich. -- Schostak Brothers & Company announced Steve Black will join its team as acquisitions manager. Black will source, analyze and acquire investment properties for the company’s portfolio, with a focus on growing its Supercenter Walmart shadow anchor footprint.

Black brings 30 years of experience in a variety of roles and property types including land, office, industrial, retail, senior housing and marinas. Prior to joining Schostak Brothers & Company, he led bank closing teams for FDIC. His previous real estate role was as director of acquisitions for Phillips Edison & Company where he sourced and acquired value add grocery anchored retail centers in the southeast U.S.
