Ruby Tuesday inks franchise contracts abroad

Maryville, Tenn. Ruby Tuesday said late Monday it had executed new international franchise agreements in the Middle East and the United Kingdom, according to a report by the Associated Press.

Besides the international agreements, which will expand the namesake casual dining brand, the company said it also permitted franchise rights for Wok Hay, an Asian-focused casual dining concept, in the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago and Chile.
