RREEF taps JLL to manage retail assets in the U.S.

Atlanta Jones Lang LaSalle was chosen recently by RREEF to take over direct property management of the majority of RREEF’s retail portfolio in the United States.

The firm was awarded 29 retail centers totaling approximately 5.7 million sq. ft. of space, including four lifestyle centers where JLL will also lead the leasing efforts.

JLL will manage RREEF’s portfolio primarily located in the West, Northeast and Southeast. Nationwide, JLL leases and/or manages more than 56 million sq. ft. of retail space. The firm has a considerable presence in Florida and will manage more than 600,000 sq. ft. of space on behalf of RREEF, including Sawgrass Village.

In California, RREEF has assigned the leasing and management of two of its assets -- Manhattan Village and Villa Marina Marketplace -- totaling nearly a million sq. ft.
