The entertainment zone of Fashion District, the three-block-long center opening this fall in Philadelphia, has just been rounded out.
Round 1 has signed a lease for 60,000 sq. ft. at the Center City property co-owned by Macerich and PREIT and will complement an AMC cinema with bowling, arcade games, billiards, and karaoke.
“Fashion District Philadelphia will be the first location nationwide in which we're opening a store in a non-regional mall, and we hope to continue our growth in similar retail environments across the country," said Round 1 executive VP Shane Kaji.
Fashion District has been premised on four pillars: style, dining, entertainment and culture. Among the other tenants signed to fill those attributes are City Winery, Nike, H&M, Forever 21, Market Eats, Ulta Beauty, Burlington, and Century 21.
