Ross Stores promotes real estate execs

Pleasanton, Calif. Ross Stores announced Friday that it has promoted Jim Fassio to the position of president and chief development officer.

Fassio was previously executive VP property development, construction and store design. He will continue to oversee the company’s property development group including the real estate, real estate law, market research, property management, construction, store design, corporate and store facilities for both Ross Dress for Less and dd’s Discounts.

Gregg McGillis, formerly group VP real estate has been promoted to senior VP property development, overseeing real estate, real estate law and property management for both Ross Dress for Less and dd’s Discounts.
